Regent Baby Products Corp. (“Baby King,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal and business information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website, request a catalog, submit an inquiry, or do business with us as a wholesale customer.

1. Scope, Site Function, and B2B Notice

Baby King is a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale distributor and manufacturer. We sell exclusively to verified businesses and enforce a minimum order requirement of $1,000. Note regarding California: Although we operate on a B2B basis, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, “CCPA”) applies to business contact information. The rights described in Section 9 are available to California residents whose information we process, including individuals acting in a commercial capacity.
